Very good quality of bikes, decent prices, and the best possible customer service one can hope for! There are normal bikes and E-bikes options. I tried the E-bike Power 7 and it was just awesome! The guys at the store are extremely friendly and helpful <3

Swapfiets is a bike membership. That means for a low, fixed monthly fee, you get a Swapfiets and we make sure it always works. Problem along the way? Hit us up via our app and we’ll fix or swap it for a new one.

In the unfortunate event that your bike is stolen, we’ll help you file a police report and we’ll get you another Swapfiets right away - so you can get back on two wheels in no time.

If you’re on a loyal membership, you can cancel after 6 months. Once you bring back the bike we'll give it a quick tune-up and send it on its way to serve another member.
